Emma McLearen is a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who is passionate about helping children build confidence and independence through fun, play-based therapy. She enjoys supporting each child’s fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills while creating a positive, encouraging experience for both children and their families.

Emma believes therapy should feel engaging and meaningful, meeting each child where they are while helping them build skills for greater independence in everyday life. She is committed to continually expanding her knowledge in pediatric occupational therapy so she can provide thoughtful, individualized care to the children she serves.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys staying active at the gym and spending time with family and friends.

“Choosing pediatric therapy was inspired by my own experiences growing up and watching my little brother work with his therapists. Seeing the impact they had on his development, confidence, and everyday life showed me how meaningful this field could be. I knew I wanted to be in a space where I could make a difference not only in children’s lives, but in the lives of their families as well. Pediatric therapy gives me the opportunity to support children as they grow, celebrate their progress, and help families feel empowered along the way”
