Matt Jones is the Founder and Chief Business Officer of PedsTeam. A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with concentrations in Finance and Management, Matt is passionate about building organizations that serve people well and create a lasting impact.
Building a business that serves children and families has been a dream Matt and his wife, Rachel, have shared since the early years of their marriage. Today, Matt leads the business side of PedsTeam, overseeing finance, human resources, technology, compliance, and strategic planning. Since founding the practice together, he has helped grow that dream into a thriving pediatric therapy clinic serving families throughout the Mid-South.
Matt believes that when great people are supported, equipped, and united around a clear mission, great things happen. His goal is simple: find exceptional people, give them the tools and resources they need to succeed, and create an environment where they can provide unmatched care to children and families.

When he’s not at work, Matt enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and making memories with his wife, Rachel, and their two children, Bennett and Millie.
