Rachel Jones

CCC-SLP, MS
Founder, Clinic Director

Rachel Jones is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist and proud Arkansas native. She earned her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Arkansas and has worked in pediatric clinics across Arkansas and Mississippi.

Rachel is passionate about treating a wide range of language and speech disorders, with a particular focus on speech sound disorders, including Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS). She has completed advanced training in Dynamic Tactile and Temporal Cueing (DTTC) and is the only therapist in Desoto County trained in PROMPT (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets).

Recognizing a significant need for high-quality feeding therapy in DeSoto County, Rachel immersed herself in the study of structural feeding challenges, tethered oral tissues, and myofunctional therapy. Passionate about helping children of all ages, she is dedicated to guiding them on their feeding journey with expert care and compassion.

Her favorite part of being a speech-language pathologist is building strong relationships with her patients and empowering them to reach their goals. Outside of the clinic, Rachel enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband, Matt, and their two children, Bennett and Millie.

“My love for children has always been at the heart of who I am, and I knew I wanted a career that allowed me to nurture and support them. I firmly believe that every child is fearfully and wonderfully made, and it’s a true joy to celebrate their uniqueness while helping them turn their strengths into confidence. Speech-language pathology was the perfect fit for me, combining my passion for communication with my deep desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children.”
