Rachel Lott

DPT, PT
Clinical Coordinator, Physical Therapy Team Leader

Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Mississippi State University and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Since graduation, Rachel has worked exclusively with pediatric patients and is passionate about helping children of all ages and developmental stages. She uses a play-based therapy approach, where “work” is cleverly disguised as play, making therapy both effective and fun. Rachel is committed to helping children explore their environments in age-appropriate and engaging ways.

She is trained in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), which she integrates into her practice to support whole-body wellness and regulation.

Outside the clinic, Rachel enjoys traveling with her husband, Cade, listening to audiobooks, working out at Orange Theory Fitness, and cheering on the MSU Bulldogs!

"I love being a pediatric physical therapist because every day I get to witness both small and big victories. Being a part of a child’s journey, helping them grow stronger, and watching them successfully navigate their world is incredibly rewarding. I am grateful to play a small role in the lives of our patients and their families."
